IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATIONS PURCHASED PRIOR TO AUGUST 10

USCHA will now take place in a virtual format. We will no longer have an in-person conference. During the week of August 9, NMAC will be sending out an email from the registration portal to all registrants with instructions on transferring your registration to the virtual conference. Registrants have the following options:

  • Option 1: Keep your registration to attend the virtual USCHA Conference. The new registration fee is $295.00. NMAC will refund the difference.
  • Option 2: Transfer your registration to the 2022 USCHA in Puerto Rico.
  • Option 3: Cancel your registration and receive a full refund.
  • Option 4: Donate your registration payment to NMAC.

After you’ve made the appropriate selection in the link included in the letter, NMAC will process all refunds and transfers. If you have not received your email by August 13, please contact the Conferences division at conferences@nmac.org. Please be patient; refunds will be issued in 3-4 weeks.

Cancellations must be received by Friday, September 24 at 5:00 PM EST.

REGISTRATION FOR THE VIRTUAL USCHA

Registration for the 2021 virtual USCHA conference is now open.  Register now to take advantage of the numerous Workshops, Institutes and Plenary sessions taking place.  The list of sessions will be posted in early September.

Online registrations require a credit card payment.

In addition to credit cards accepted through online registration, USCHA accepts checks and money orders made payable to NMAC, as well as the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Registration will only be accepted with payments. Send checks and purchase orders along with the print-friendly registration form to:

All registrations received after November 5, 2021, are considered on-site registrations.

DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

The confidentiality of contact and demographic details provided on this form – including name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, gender, and HIV status cannot be guaranteed. The registration and scholarship selection processes often require that information provided on forms be shared with NMAC Staff, USCHA partners and corporate sponsors. Please note: USCHA partners and corporate sponsors may use your contact information to send e-mails and other communications regarding events at USCHA. To opt out of receiving such messages, please send an e-mail request to communications@nmac.org.

VIRTUAL CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (for registrations purchased after August 9, 2021)

Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before November 5, 2021 by 5:00 pm (EDT), will be honored in full, less a $50.00 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after this date.
