Registration for the 2021 USCHA conference is now open.  We are planning to meet in-person this year since USCHA will be held in late October and we expect that many conference attendees would have received the COVID-19 vaccine by then.

In addition to credit cards accepted through online registration, USCHA accepts checks and money orders made payable to NMAC, as well as the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Registration will only be accepted with payments. Send checks and purchase orders along with the print-friendly registration form to:

All registrations received after October 8, 2021, are considered on-site registrations.

The confidentiality of contact and demographic details provided on this form – including name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, gender, and HIV status cannot be guaranteed. The registration and scholarship selection processes often require that information provided on forms be shared with NMAC Staff, USCHA partners and corporate sponsors. Please note: USCHA partners and corporate sponsors may use your contact information to send e-mails and other communications regarding events at USCHA. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before October 8, 2021 by 5:00 pm (EDT), will be honored in full, less a $150.00 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after this date.
