Exhibit, Sponsor, and Advertise

Be a part of USCHA’s first virtual exhibit hall! While we aren’t able to gather in person, we are still able to create a dynamic experience that will allow exhibitors to engage directly with attendees.  The virtual exhibit hall will feature the ability to chat in real-time, text and set up appointments.

Exhibitors will build their exhibit booth through available templates by uploading logos, company descriptions, literature, videos and much more.  Several elements will be incorporated into the hall to encourage engagement such as, gamification (including scavenger hunts), raffles and more.

Exhibit Rates:

  • Government and Non-profit: $500
  • Corporate/Business: $700

Reservation deadline: August 21, 2020

EACH BOOTH PURCHASE INCLUDES:

  • One (1) virtual booth template that includes logo and ability to upload documents and 1 video
  • Listing in the conference program book and virtual platform (if payment received by reservation deadline)
  • One (1) full conference registration that include admission to all conference sessions, meals and social functions.

PRESENTING SPONSOR

$500,000
  • Booths: One (1) large booth that is twice the size of the Premiere level booth; Two (2) additional standard size booths
  • Location: Prime location at either the front of the hall if we choose a floor plan layout, or the first booth that appears if we have the scrolling version
  • Branded signage in the Virtual Lobby (larger than other sponsors) – signage will be clickable to display a link or video
  • Video shown at the Opening Plenary
  • Ad: Prime advertisement placement – center program book spread, inside front or inside back cover (4 total ads) in the digital program book (in color)
  • Three (3) total Banner ads on the Conference website
  • Plenary Session – all content curated by sponsor
  • Three (3) workshops
  • Logo on conference bag or other official USCHA item – item will be mailed to registrants before or after the conference
  • Registrant list – up to 3 requests both prior to/after the conference
  • Metrics – information on how many people have visited the booth, how long did they stay, etc.
  • Option to sponsor free booths for G-57 agencies (right of first refusal)
  • Option to sponsor Jobs Fair (right of first refusal)
  • Ninety (90) registrations

PREMIERE SPONSOR

  • Booths: One (1) large booth that is twice the size of the standard size booths; One (1) additional standard size booth
  • Location: Prime location at either the front of the hall if we choose a floor plan layout, or the 2nd booth that appears if we have the scrolling version
  • Branded signage in the Virtual Lobby – signage will be clickable to display a link or video
  • Two (2) total Banner ads on the Conference website
  • Ad: Prime advertisement placement – includes one (1) front or back inside cover ad (if available), or three (3) full page ads located in the digital program book (in color)
  • Plenary Session – all content curated by sponsor (if available)
  • Two (2) workshops
  • Registrant list – 1 list both prior to/after the conference
  • Metrics – information on how many people have visited the booth, how long did they stay, etc.
  • Option to sponsor free booths for G-57 agencies (right of first refusal to Presenting Sponsor)

  • Booth: One (1) standard sized booth
  • Location: Prime location in the exhibit hall
  • Ad: One (1) full page color advertisement in the digital program book
  • Logo in the Virtual Lobby

Program Book

Ads will appear in color in the on-line program book.  Ad files should be sent to conferences@nmac.org.

Specifications:

  • Artwork must be high resolution (at least 300 DPI) EPS, PNG, JPEG or PDF files created in Adobe Creative Suite or QuarkXPress.
  • Submit one (1) 4:4 Full Color CMYK Profile print-ready digital ad (should include all supporting files necessary-fonts and images used)
  • Ad Size: 7.5” x 10”
  • Full Page Trim Size: 8.375” x 10.75”

​USCHA does not provide typesetting, copy alterations and/or mechanical preparation. USCHA reserves the right to adjust any submissions that do not comply with the size requirement.
